Scholarships for High School & College Students

Education should create opportunity and build a pathway to a better future. It should not become a barrier that shuts students out simply because they cannot afford tuition, books, fees, or basic school necessities. Every year, thousands of hardworking students are forced to delay or abandon their educational goals due to financial hardship. Many of these students are talented, determined, and capable of achieving extraordinary things if given the chance. At Louisa’s Foundation, we believe financial limitations should never decide a young person’s destiny.

Our Scholarship Program provides direct financial support to high school seniors preparing for graduation and to college students who are already enrolled but struggling to stay afloat. We focus on students who demonstrate academic effort, resilience in the face of challenges, and a genuine commitment to building a strong future for themselves and their communities. We work closely with schools, guidance counselors, and community leaders to identify students who are most at risk of being left behind due to financial barriers.

Scholarship awards may cover tuition, textbooks, technology requirements, testing fees, transportation costs, supplies, or essential living expenses. For many students, these costs are the difference between staying enrolled or dropping out. By removing these pressures, we help them remain focused on their education instead of worrying about how they will pay for it.
